AVDB recipe: Brie and Fig Jam Phyllo Cups

AVDB recipe: Brie and Fig Jam Phyllo Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 package of mini phyllo dough cups 
- 4 oz wheel of brie cheese 
- 1/4 cup fig jam 
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish 
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
2. Prepare the Phyllo Cups:
- Place the mini phyllo dough cups on a baking sheet. 
3. Add Brie:
- Cut the brie into small pieces and place a piece in each phyllo cup. 
4. Top with Fig Jam:
- Spoon a small amount of fig jam over the brie in each cup. 
5. Bake:
- Bake the filled phyllo cups in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the edges of the phyllo cups are golden brown. 
6. Garnish:
- Remove from the oven and garnish each cup with a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
